What is a toner?

 

Toner is a colorant that is mainly used in copiers and laser printers. It is a fine powder that behaves like a liquid due to its very small particle size.

What is a print cartridge / ink cartridge?

 

The ink cartridge is an ink filled container used with inkjet printers. It is much smaller than a toner.
