In addition to an economically sustainable company orientation, we also strive to set standards in the field of sustainability. The disposal of empty toner and ink cartridges is associated with high costs. These can not be disposed of with household waste, but must be submitted separately, professionally and environmentally friendly on a recycling yard, so that a gentle further processing can take place. The fee is chargeable and often very laborious. We gladly take over this for you and put an end to the space-intensive storage of several empty cartridges.
Mortgage Credit
You will receive with us for every empty toner and for every empty cartridge from our house deposit credit.
You can have it charged at the next order in the form of a discount.

EMPTY REGISTRATION
After receiving and checking your empties in our house, we will contact you immediately. In addition to our empties fee, we will pick up your empty toner & ink cartridges FREE of charge from you. Alternatively, we will gladly send you a label (up to 5 kg).

Please note that only clear quantities can be sent.

The credit for the empty cartridges can be charged with the next telephone order from a value of 100 € in the form of a discount.

CREDITS
You will receive a credit of 7,50 € per toner and 1,50 € per ink cartridge. The credit will be deposited in your customer account.

PROCEDURE

Order
After the contract has been processed, the customer will receive a written order confirmation with all important information by e-mail, post or fax. If the order is not revoked in writing within three days, the order is legally binding.

Shipping
The goods will be shipped three days after receipt of the order confirmation by our shipping service provider. Depending on the order situation, the delivery time is between three and a maximum of five working days. Ordered goods can alternatively be delivered on your desired date. Shipping is free.

Payment
You will receive your invoice quite comfortably after receiving the goods by post. Depending on the agreement, you may be granted a prolonged term of payment of up to 12 months. On request, we can also send you your invoices exclusively by e-mail.
